There are those who teach us never look back, stay in the present or look to the future.
As I have gone on this journey of self discovery I have struggled with this, and now I proclaim that this is not for me.
Because in looking back I can see the moments I have lived and those who have made differences.
I have known Paula and Eric for decade’s, casual friends 25 years ago, now we barely see each other but when we do a connection appears that joins us together in the singularity of honest friendship. Not built on what we can get from each other, but on what we can do for each other.
I look now at this picture in my past, and I am brought to the present in joy. I am not wasting my moments, I am embracing them.
